Led workshops to educate brown and black Chicago teens about the career opportunities within the Design and Advertising communities. 2019

John Spry Community School

Organized and led a workshop that introduced Design and Advertising career opportunities to junior high students from Little Village, a primarily Latinx community. 2018

3% Conference

In collaboration with 3%, Michele’s been at the center of FCB’s 3% movement to promote diversity in gender, skin color, sexuality and disability within the Design and Advertising industries. 2017, 2018, 2019

Chicago Prize

To promote community-focused development in Chicago’s marginalized neighborhoods, Michele collaborated with Chicago Prize. She consulted with community leaders to strategically position themselves and win a 10 million dollar grant and invest in ground-level, health lifestyle betterment. 2019
